  • have received EI benefits within the last 3 years or maternity/paternity benefits within the last 5 years

Step 1

Attend a one day Application workshop for a detailed review of the program selection and application process. Next...

Apply by completing both the Aspire proposal package and Service Canada application and submit them by the deadline for review. Next...

Present yourself and concept to the Aspire application review committee for approval
